How do we work
GA Strategic Partnerships provides a Project Manager, supported by a team of crackerjack professionals in each aspect of business. The Project Manager, assisted by these specialists, will work systematically and intensively to do the following:

Isolate the sources of trouble
Conduct data collection, analysis and evaluation to isolate the strong points
(which need to be protected and empowered) as well as the "cancerous" spots of the company (which need to be addressed and handled). Usually, entrepreneurs and their executives get all involved and entangled with the surface of problems or the symptoms rather than their source. This happens due to the fact that they are not trained to do a thorough data evaluation; and even if they were, they are too busy, coping with the running of the company. So this is our first project: Familiarisation with, and evaluation of the scene. And then, isolation of the strong points that need to be protected and empowered as well as the sources of the company's past, present AND future troubles.

Strategic Planning
Based on what was found on (1) above, we create the strategic and tactical planning to handle these cancerous spots in their root and create strategic progress. This is broken down to projects.

Project Management
Working together with the entrepreneurs and their executives, our Project Manager oversees the implementation of the projects that will forward the company’s strategy.

The project always requires and includes team building because without this element, all else will may in vain. In other words we systematically work to create a real team composed of team members who
